PAYMENTS we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  At that time your order will ship and we will let you know the tracking number for your order.

REFUNDS we do not offer cash refunds.  Orders paid with a credit card will be credited back less any restocking fee, if any, within 15 business days.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

TAX is only charged within the state of New York.

TAX EXEMPT IN NEW YORK STATE log on set up your account, email exempt certificate to admin@getitnew.com or fax it to 845-351-2080 and we will fix your account to reflect your tax exempt status, so you can place your order and not be billed tax.  Once the certificate is received any orders that were placed and billed tax will be refunded and adjusted with-in 15 business days.

SHIPPING the free shipping on orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground services from New York.  We do offer FedEx and UPS express services at the full cost to you.  Most orders ship with-in 2 to 4 business days.

Refused orders A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any refused orders.

International Orders Yes we do accept international orders but we only accept Bank Wire Transfers for payments, Visa, Master Card and American Express are not accepted.  For international orders please email Admin@getitnew.com and we can help you with any quotes or information you will need.

WARRANTY: Unless other wise specified, all products have a 90 day warranty from the receipt date of the product.

 

RETURNSAny refused orders will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

 
Authorization for returns must be approved, please email admin@getitnew.com with the problem you are having and an RMA # will be issued.  No returns will be honored without the RMA #.  RMA's are valid for 10 days from the issue date.
 

All software, SmartNet and licenses are non returnable or refundable.  All sales for these items are final.


All item being returned should be double boxed and well packed in bubble wrap if the original box is no longer available, also put a copy of the RMA in the box when returning. All returns on new items must have the original box with the matching serial, part number, power cord, manuals and any install CD’s.  Missing parts could void the RMA and will be looked at the time of the return.  Any replacements will be shipped out once the defective item is returned to our warehouse.

 

 

Unwanted or wrong inventory ordered will be accepted back within 14 calendar days of the ship date for a 25% restocking fee.  Items must be in the original manufactures box with the original manufactures seal still in tack, if the seal is broken the RMA is VOID.

 

Refunds are processed within 15 business days of the confirmation that the unit is defective/DOA.
