At Get It New, we stand behind every product we sell. Our guaranty is our commitment that the hardware you purchase will perform as expected — and that we will make it right if it does not. All products sold by Get It New are genuine, original-manufacturer hardware, shipped new in the original manufacturer's box. We do not sell refurbished, used, or counterfeit products.
Get It New is an independent reseller of networking hardware. We are a registered reseller for Extreme Networks and Fortinet. For all other brands — including Cisco, HPE, Juniper Networks, NVIDIA, Brocade, and Poly — of those manufacturers, we operate as an independent third-party reseller and are not an authorized dealer, certified reseller, or official partner of the manufacturer. 1-Year Product Reliability Guaranty
A 1-year repair-or-replacement guaranty is included from the date of shipment with all eligible products. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal operating conditions. Get It New reserves the right to repair or replace a defective unit at our discretion.

90-Day Guaranty — Accessory & Component Products
The following product categories are covered under a 90-day guaranty from the date of shipment. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Get It New reserves the right to repair or replace a defective unit at our discretion.

This guaranty applies to manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal operating conditions only.
The following are not covered:

- Physical damage occurring after delivery
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Normal wear and tear
- Products with tampered, removed, or altered serial numbers
- Software, firmware, or licensing issues of any kind

Get It New reserves the right to inspect returned units and deny coverage where examination indicates damage or conditions inconsistent with a manufacturing defect.

- Software licenses and subscriptions — Final sale. No returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances.
- Cisco SmartNet and all other manufacturer service contracts — Final sale. Contract terms are governed solely by the issuing manufacturer. Get It New does not extend warranty or return coverage to service contracts.
- Products with physical damage upon receipt not reported within 2 business days of delivery — No coverage applies. Inspect all shipments upon delivery and report damage immediately.

| How To Make A Guaranty Claim |
If a covered product fails within its guaranty period, contact us and we will resolve it:

- Contact your sales representative or email Orders@GetITNew.com with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the product back following the instructions provided with your RMA. The RMA number must be used within 10 days of issuance.
- Once the defective unit is received and verified at our facility, we will ship the replacement or initiate the repair. We do not offer advance replacements.
