Get It New, LLC is an independent, US-based reseller of new, never used networking hardware and enterprise technology equipment. Founded in 2004, we have served businesses, IT professionals, and technology procurement teams for over 20 years.

We are registered resellers for Extreme Networks and Fortinet.

For all other brands represented on this site — including Cisco, HPE, Juniper Networks, NVIDIA, Brocade, and Poly — of those manufacturers, we operate as an independent third-party reseller and are not an authorized dealer, certified reseller, or official partner of the manufacturer. All brand names and product names used on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.

Product Condition & Descriptions

Products listed on GetItNew.com are identified as New. This means the products we sell have never been used and are in factory sealed boxes. Sometimes we have inventory where the manufacturers seal has been broken due to inspection at customs. If for any reason, we need to ship one of these New-Open-Box (NOB) products, it will never be without the customer's prior approval.

Products labeled ‘End of Life’ are out of production by the manufacturer. Availability is subject to our current inventory. We make every effort to keep listings current; however, out-of-stock items will be removed from sale promptly.

"End of Support" means the manufacturer will no longer release firmware or operating system updates for this unit. It does not mean the device stops working. In fact, many networking environments — including static configurations, air-gapped networks, managed LAN/WAN setups, and legacy infrastructure — operate reliably on fixed firmware without any manufacturer updates. If your deployment does not require ongoing OS updates, End of Support has no practical impact on day-to-day functionality.

Pricing Disclaimer

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep all prices current and accurate, but occasional discrepancies can occur due to sudden distributor price increases or human error.

If a pricing discrepancy is identified on your order — whether due to a typographical error or an unexpected cost change from our distributor — we will contact you promptly before processing payment. You will always have the choice to proceed at the updated price or cancel your order for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to without your knowledge and explicit approval.

All content on GetItNew.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Get It New or used with permission. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.

Shipping — Domestic Orders

Free Ground Shipping within the continental United States is available on eligible orders over $500.

Free Shipping Eligibility: Most orders over $500 qualify for free ground shipping. However, certain products that are oversized, heavy, or require special handling are not eligible for free ground shipping. Products that are not eligible for free shipping will be clearly noted on the individual product page.

Shipping upgrades (expedited, overnight) are available at full cost to the buyer. Orders must be received before 3:00 PM EST Monday–Friday to qualify for next-business-day shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Most orders ship within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation. All domestic shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes or UPS Store locations. Get It New ships via our preferred carrier FedEx account only; we are unable to ship on customer-provided carrier accounts.

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather or other events outside our control.

Shipping — INTERNATIONAL Orders

We will accept international orders with payments made by a wire transfer prior to shipping. We will not accept credit cards on international orders and there is no free shipping.

All customers looking to ship outside of the United States need to arrange FOB from our location, and are responsible for determining and paying their own customs, brokerage and any other shipping costs and charges. We will not refund these shipping costs under any circumstances.

Payment / Terms

Full payment is due prior to shipping.

Accepted forms of payment include check, bank wire transfer or credit card issued from a United States institution.

End-of-Life & Limited-Availability Products

Some products in our catalog are designated End-of-Life (EOL) by the original manufacturer. This means the manufacturer has stopped producing the product and, in some cases, has ended or will end support services (such as software updates or technical support) by a specified date. EOL products are sold as new-in-box inventory while supplies last.

Where applicable, product pages will display the manufacturer's last support date. Customers purchasing EOL products should independently evaluate whether the product meets their support requirements before ordering. Get It New's own one-year repair-or-replacement guarantee applies to eligible EOL hardware in the same way it applies to current-production items.
