Authenticity Guarantee
Every product we sell is guaranteed to be genuine, original manufacturer equipment. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or altered products as new. If any product purchased from Get It New is determined not to be genuine, we will accept its return for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs.
Product Condition & Descriptions
Products listed on GetItNew.com are sold as New: never used and shipped in the original manufacturer packaging. Occasionally a unit’s factory seal may have been opened for inspection before it reached us. We classify these units as New-Open-Box (NOB), and we will never ship an NOB unit without the customer’s prior approval.
We offer only products that are physically in our inventory. When an item sells out, it is removed from sale.
“End of Support” means the manufacturer no longer releases firmware or operating system updates for a product. Customers should confirm that a product’s support status meets their requirements before ordering.
Manufacturer Warranty, Software Licensing & Support
For brands we carry through independent supply channels, the manufacturer’s original warranty, software license entitlements, and eligibility for manufacturer support or service contracts may not transfer with the product. Customers are responsible for confirming licensing and support eligibility directly with the manufacturer and for obtaining any software licenses required for their use of the product. Every eligible product is covered by Get It New’s own Product Reliability Guarantee, described below.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep prices current and accurate, but errors can occasionally occur.
If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before processing payment. You may proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order with a full refund of any amount paid. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to without your explicit approval.

Shipping — Domestic Orders
Free Ground Shipping within the continental United States is available on eligible orders over $500.
Free Shipping Eligibility: Most orders over $500 qualify for free ground shipping. However, certain products that are oversized, heavy, or require special handling are not eligible for free ground shipping. Products that are not eligible for free shipping will be clearly noted on the individual product page.
Shipping upgrades (expedited, overnight) are available at full cost to the buyer. Orders must be received before 3:00 PM EST Monday–Friday to qualify for next-business-day shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Most orders ship within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation. All domestic shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes or UPS Store locations. Get It New ships via our preferred carrier FedEx account only; we are unable to ship on customer-provided carrier accounts.
We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather or other events outside our control.
Shipping — International Orders
We accept international orders with payment by wire transfer prior to shipping. Credit cards are not accepted for international orders, and free shipping does not apply.
International customers must arrange FOB pickup from our location and are responsible for all customs, duties, brokerage, and shipping charges. These charges are non-refundable.

Export Compliance
Many products we sell, including network security and encryption-enabled equipment, are subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations. Get It New screens international orders against applicable U.S. government restricted-party lists and destination restrictions, and may request end-user and end-use information before accepting an order. We do not sell or ship to embargoed countries, prohibited end users, or prohibited end uses, and we may cancel any order that cannot be cleared for export. By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export and re-export laws.
Payment / Terms
Full payment is due prior to shipping.
Accepted forms of payment include check, bank wire transfer, PayPal, and credit cards issued by United States institutions.
End-of-Life & Limited-Availability Products
Some products in our catalog are designated End-of-Life (EOL) by the original manufacturer. This means the manufacturer has stopped producing the product and, in some cases, has ended or will end support services (such as software updates or technical support) by a specified date. EOL products are sold as new-in-box inventory while supplies last.
Where applicable, product pages will display the manufacturer’s last support date. Customers purchasing EOL products should independently evaluate whether the product meets their support requirements before ordering. Get It New’s own one-year repair-or-replacement guarantee applies to eligible EOL hardware in the same way it applies to current-production items.
