| General Return Eligibility — Hardware |
Get It New gladly accepts returns on eligible hardware for replacement or store credit. To initiate a return, contact Orders@GetITNew.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
All eligible products purchased from Get It New are covered under our Product Reliability Guarantee.

To submit an RMA request, contact your sales representative or email us at Orders@GetITNew.com with the following:

- Your order number
- The product serial number
- Reason for return
- Requested resolution (replacement or credit)
- Whether the original manufacturer's seal is intact
RMA numbers are issued within 1–2 business days. Your RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Returns received after the 10-day window will not be accepted.
| Return Packaging Requirements |
All returned items must:

- Include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the manufacturer's box)
- Be in the original manufacturer's box with the original seal intact — broken seals void return eligibility
- Include all original contents: packing material, accessories, mounting kits, and manuals
- Have no writing, marks, or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's box
- Be double-boxed to protect the manufacturer's packaging during transit
If any items are missing from the return, the RMA will be voided and the return refused.
| Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items |
We accept returns of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items within 15 calendar days of the original ship date, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
Defective or Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original ship date. Defective items will be replaced with the same model only. Replacement units will ship after the defective item is received and inspected at our warehouse. We do not offer advance replacements.
Important: If your shipment arrives with a damaged box or packaging, you must report the damage to Orders@GetITNew.com within 2 business days of delivery. Failure to report damage within this window releases Get It New from responsibility for damage claims. We strongly recommend photographing any damage to the outer packaging before opening the shipment.
Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned item being received and confirmed as eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
